Catherine Marris
Advisor
Catherine has 10 years of experience with university admissions consulting. Educated in both the UK and the US, she is able to mentor students in both geographies and guide them through to their early careers in public and third-sector fields.
Catherine has 10 years of professional experience in experience in UK, USA, and European public and not-for-profit sectors, specialising in innovation and strategy.
She graduated from the University of Oxford and Magna Cum Laude from Columbia University.
Jarrod Chan 陈伟杰
Director & Head Consultant
Jarrod has 7 years of experience mentoring students, and a strong track record of helping them achieve offers in Russell Group universities and top graduate job offers in consulting, finance and other professional services.
Having been an international student himself, born and raised in Singapore, he moved to the UK for his university education and later secured employment in the City of London, working in Management Consulting and Financial Services.
Jarrod is dedicated to supporting international students in overcoming the hurdles of studying and working abroad. He firmly believes that the experiences acquired overseas are invaluable in fostering a fulfilling life and career, enriched by diverse viewpoints and work practices.
He graduated from University College London with a Bachelor’s in History, and has a Master’s in Management from Imperial College Business School.

Sales and Marketing Lead
Eileen is passionate about supporting international students in their education and career journeys. As a former international student herself, she understands the challenges they face.
At Pagoda, she helps clients find the right services while strategically growing the brand in the global education marketplace. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and education consulting, she excels at shaping impactful student experiences.
She holds a Master's in Media Studies from the University of Sheffield and has years of teaching experience at prestigious private schools in Oxford, United Kingdom.
